32 year old Bertrand Charles, previously worked as a chef with starred references such as Jean-Pierre Vigato (Apicius restaurant), Jean-François Piège (Hôtel de Crillon) and Marc Haeberlin (L’Auberge de l’Ill). He has also managed the kitchens of luxury establishments in Morocco, Mauritius and the Philippines.
Very quickly, he developed a passion for cooking and especially for new creations made from traditional ingredients with his French touch.
In Switzerland Bertrand was awarded with 1 Michelin star, 17 Gault & Millau points and the best brunch of the country.
Bertrand will donate the earnings to "The Société Protectrice des Animaux" (www.la-spa.fr), where he also got his beloved dog, named "Nugget", from.
