Über die Veranstaltung

With Stella's international background, coming from the Philippines and growing up in Australia, the ingredients she uses in the kitchen are infused with childhood favourites. She also includes the ever-popular food culture of where she resides, London, as well as from her extensive travels.

Stella's original Kaon Ta Supper Club is based on traditional but personalised food offerings from the Philippines where a family-style feast is shared on a bed of banana leaves and everyone eats with their hands.  In the local tongue, this is called 'kamayan'.
